1. Order Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Saturday).
- Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
- Once dispatched, you will receive the tracking link via SMS/Email.
2. Shipping Coverage
- Omni Footwear ships only within India.
- Delivery is available across all metros, tier-1, tier-2 cities and most serviceable PIN codes.
3. Shipping Charges
- Free Shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹1,000.
- For prepaid orders below ₹1,000, standard shipping charges apply (displayed at checkout).
- COD orders may include an additional COD fee.
4. Estimated Delivery Time
Delivery timelines after dispatch:
- Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
- Non-Metro Cities: 4–7 business days
- Remote / Interior Areas: 7–10 business days
Delivery times may vary due to:
- Weather conditions
- Festive season load
- Courier partner delays
- Local restrictions
5. Order Tracking
- Tracking details will be shared once the order is shipped.
- Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update in the courier system.
- If your tracking does not update for 48+ hours, contact our support team.
6. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery
- Customers must provide a complete and accurate address at checkout.
- If the order is returned due to incorrect address, non-availability, or refusal at delivery, reshipping charges may apply.
- Repeated failed delivery attempts may lead to order cancellation.
7. Damaged Packaging at Delivery
If the package looks tampered or damaged at delivery:
- Kindly record a video while opening the package.
- Inform our support team within 3 days of delivery.
This helps us verify and resolve the issue quickly.
8. Delivery Delays
While we aim to deliver within the estimated timeframe, delays may occur due to external factors beyond our control.
Omni Footwear is not liable for delays caused by courier partners, natural events, or unforeseen circumstances.
